After 5 years of travelling and working on yachts, I came home.
When the world shut down temporarily in 2020 so did a lot of the yachting industry.
I actually got stuck mid-travel when I was on my way to join a new yacht in Tahiti and was forced to come back to Canada because other countries weren’t accepting non-residents.
